Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Soldgraph. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them. If you use Soldgraph for a company, you agree on its behalf. Questions go to hello@soldgraph.com.

#The service

Soldgraph is an API that returns public sold and active listing data from resale marketplaces. We may add, change or remove features and marketplaces.

Soldgraph is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop or any other marketplace. Their names and logos belong to them.

#Your account

• You must be at least 18.
• Give us a real, permanent email address and keep it current.
• One free account per person. Accounts that share an email address or network share one free allowance.
• Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your keys. Revoke a key if it leaks.

#Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts, or use any other trick, to get around plan limits or rate limits.
• Share or resell your API keys, or resell raw access to the API, without our written permission.
• Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use the service or its data to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, or to violate anyone's rights.

You are responsible for how you use the data, including following the laws and third-party terms that apply to you.

#Plans and payment

• The free plan includes a limited number of requests. Each plan's limits are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
• Failed requests are not charged against your allowance.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time. When you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
• Extra requests are a one-time purchase. They don't expire.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we choose to give one.
• We may change prices. A price change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you first.

#The data

We collect data from public marketplace pages and return it as we find it. We work to keep it accurate, but we can't promise it is complete, current or free of errors. Don't rely on it as your only source for decisions where a mistake would be costly.

The listing data belongs to its owners. We give you permission to use the API's output in your own products and analysis, within these terms.

#Availability

We aim to keep the API running, and we publish its health on our status page. We don't promise uninterrupted service. Marketplaces can change or limit access at any time, and that can affect results.

#Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Soldgraph and delete your account at any time.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or puts the service or other customers at risk. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

#Disclaimer

Soldgraph is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

#Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Soldgraph is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

#Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email. If you keep using Soldgraph after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
